We support and encourage our employees to give back in many ways: • Each employee receives 12 hours of paid volunteer time each year. • We also match up to $5,000 a year per employee for donations made to qualifying nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. • We host an annual event known as BECU Cares Day, a day when we close all BECU locations while employees collaborate on community service projects.
