This month's employee spotlight is on Eric Noegel! Eric is our general manager for our west division office located in Dixon, CA, and is excited to work with you. Hometown: Roseville, CA Hobbies: - father, Addicted to Sunday Ticket/Red Zone, Rooting for UW Football, Grilling and generally being a carnivore, Wannabe mixologist, Strumming a guitar/ukulele, and workaholic Favorite Marina Project: There are so many to choose from, but if I had to pick only one, I would have to say AMLI Marina in Marina del Rey. It was about 250 slips, but we came up with a very good-looking aggregate deck on the concrete floats unique to the marina. In addition, we constructed two large platforms for the boathouses that provide office, workout, and bathroom facilities. We also installed an LED strip light down the perimeter of the walkways that truly illuminated the evening providing an extraordinary visual from several locations in the marina. Lastly, we created locations for storing and launching paddleboards, kayaks, and other human-powered craft. Hometown: Batesville, Indiana and Jacksonville, Florida Hobbies: I enjoy traveling with my wife and two young children, golfing, fishing, and boating. Favorite Marina Project: My favorite marina project was my first, Fisher Island Guest Marina in Miami, FL. The ownership group was great to work with in providing a design-build solution to a world-class facility. Because of the success of the superyacht marina project, we were awarded their residence marina project, a 98-slip marina completed earlier this year. Why You Like Working for Bellingham: We have a fantastic team from the top down. Our people are great to work with in developing marina solutions to our projects.
