What is in plain sight? That’s it, what is next for me is found in what is in plain sight. I’m not interested in figuring out the next 50 steps, just making sure I’m looking for the next right step. Peace, joy, pathways to explore new versions of myself that open me to new perceptions of the world and the ones I love. I was thinking a few days ago about the question - “what do you want?” I want what I have right now, I want to remember to be grateful for what I have right now, I want to do my best to make sure I can see who is around me, how do I show up for them, how do I show up for myself. Last week, our team had the privilege of supporting an amazing client in Costa Rica during their annual incentive trip. I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of some truly memorable experiences but this one had something extra special about it. That something was the people. During our site visit last December, our local DMC partner and I discussed what we love most about our work. For both of us, it’s about the meaningful (and life long) relationships we build with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Last week reaffirmed the transformative power of connection and community. We saw not only strong bonds formed among the attendees but also a deep connection to Costa Rica’s culture and people. I’m so grateful to continue to get to do the work that we do creating meaningful experiences that allows for truly authentic connection.
