What an exciting week at The University of Texas at Arlington! On Monday, Linbeck celebrated the topping out of the new Maverick Hall: a five-story, 206,000 SF residence hall that features 654 beds and all the amenities a student could want (or need). This milestone marks a significant step in the construction process and our providing a vibrant living space for the university’s growing student body. Thank you to our incredible design-build partners who have helped make this project all that it is, as well as our project team for their success in completing more than 100,000 manhours with zero lost time incidents.
