And that means folks are looking to leverage their existing teams and their existing team sizes to grow. So we're seeing a strong investment in automation and tools that will help superpower existing assets that are already in place. So not working against the tms, rather integrating the tms with the accounting software that's already in place and using AI to help the people on the team do more work without having to invest in additional hires. And the other major trend that we're seeing is there is an age transition happening in our industry, particularly in the back office, where folks are moving out of the workforce and being replaced by millennials and Gen Z folks that are much more tech friendly and tech savvy, and they're adopting tech tools at a rapid clip. Appointment scheduling is incredibly nuanced. We have built around the logic that brokers, carriers and shippers are using to schedule their desired appointments.
