The Future Leaders Award goes to an individual under age 35, whose talent is driving the industry into the future. In her nomination, we learned that Emi Lafountain, Sustainability Integration Manager with Turner Construction, is a relentless challenger of the status quo. NIBS Board Member Monika Serrano says Lafountain fearlessly pushes boundaries, advocating for sustainability and societal benefit, while demonstrating the business case for such initiatives. Congratulations to our 2024 Future Leaders Award recipient, Emi Lafountain! #BI2024
