  • During our Salesforce Admin class last Thursday, we had the incredible opportunity to hear from Jodi Hrbek in a presentation titled, “Asking Questions, A Salesforce Superpower!” 🦸♀️ With two decades of experience leading high-performing Salesforce teams, Jodi shared invaluable insights with our class. 💡 One of her key takeaways? "Asking questions is both your right and your responsibility as a Salesforce Admin." 🗣️ This powerful statement truly resonated with the class. Our team described the session as eye-opening 👀 – both figuratively and literally, finding Jodi to be an empowering speaker whose perspective helped us better understand why asking questions is so critical to success in the Salesforce ecosystem. 🔑 Thank you, Jodi, for sharing your knowledge and inspiring us all! 🙌 To connect with Jodi and tap into her Salesforce expertise, feel free to reach out via LinkedIn profile: https://lnkd.in/gm4wXPEp.

  • 🎤 Last week, our fearless leader, Michael Hess, took center stage at the 2024 Jayhawk SHRM Business Leadership Conference in Lawrence, KS, with his presentation, "Leveraging Behavioral Economics to Enhance Disability Inclusion in the Workplace." And wow – the HR leaders in attendance were ready to seriously tackle the important work of hiring people with disabilities! 🤩 The follow-up questions were 🔥 – it’s clear they’re taking this knowledge back to make a real impact. Oh, and did we mention? Mike rocked his signature golden hoodie in the photos – because why not make inclusion look good? 🧥✨ #DisabilityInclusion #JayhawkSHRM #Leadership #HiringForInclusion #TeamBIT

  • Michael Hess and Kristy Schenderlein took NYC by storm (again) at the Randstad Enterprise 2024 re:imagine Talent Summit last week in NYC. 🗽 One of the key topics we co-presented was enhancing access to talent by considering incredible people who often get overlooked – a mission we know all too well. What made last week truly special was how our friend Michael Smith, Chief Executive of Randstad Enterprise, ensured that the disability conversation was front and center. 🙌 Not too many organizations are willing to prioritize that, but Randstad did, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Other discussions included AI and talent strategies. 🤖 And, of course, Mike made sure his Salesforce Golden Hoodie was shining just as bright as all the innovative ideas in the room. ✨ #TalentSummit #RandstadEnterprise #DisabilityInclusion #TeamBIT

How are human capital leaders at forward-thinking organizations reshaping the world of work? I’m excited to hear first-hand insights this week at Randstad Enterprise 2024 re:imagine talent summit in NYC from October 1-3. This inaugural event is something I have been looking forward to for some time. Not only is it a forum for our guests to share and exchange ideas, discuss challenges and reframe solutions, but re:imagine also provides a collective view of how human capital leaders are adapting their strategy for major disruptions such as generative AI in the workplace, creating stand-out talent experiences, accelerating the skills-based revolution and realizing the benefits of nurturing human potential. Leading human capital leaders will also be on stage to voice their views and ambitions, alongside executives from partner organizations such as Made By Dyslexia, Blind Institute of Technology and Inclusively. We’ll discuss how to enhance access to talent by considering great people that organizations often overlook. These sessions will be accompanied by two days of practical workshops to prepare participants for an exciting 2025. I’ll have more to share later this week, but you can be sure it will be an amazing few days of discovery and enlightenment. #FutureofWork #WorkforceExcellence #TalentTrends
