Baptist Medical Group is seeking to fill an immediate opening of our Physician Compensation Analyst position at BMG Corporate office. This is a Monday through Friday position in Memphis, TN. You must have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or bachelor’s degree with relevant job experience. You must also have a minimum of 2 years business experience with some knowledge in financial, accounting or decision support areas. In this position, you will prepare and maintain complex accurate physician compensation plan calculations for a large multi-specialty physician group practice using standard financial & analytic principles. You will also perform analysis and reporting on group benchmarking on physician compensation and production.
