And that’s a wrap folks! 2024 TOBY Judging on all 6 buildings is now 100% complete. Last up was Wilson Twin Creek, managed by Lindsay Romaniw, Sr. Property Manager with Colliers Columbus, Property Admin, Leigh Flanagan, and Facilities Technician, Mike Hurtt. TOBY CATEGORY: Industrial This industrial park, developed by Tenby Partners, boasts two brand new, identical flex warehouse buildings totaling 86,390 SF. Conveniently located off I-70 and Wilson Rd, these buildings were completed in 2023 and are fully leased ahead of schedule. Each of the nine tenant suites includes its own dock, warehouse/office space, and individual storefront entry. Unique to this facility are its fully underground stormwater management systems and high-tech security, including new AI license plate readers at all entry points. Last week, BOMA Columbus Ohio (Official) members participated in the CRASE I & II Training at 1105 Schrock Road. A big shoutout to Bonnie Henry for generously letting us use her building all day. The Emergency Preparedness Committee provided a delicious Jimmy John's lunch, and our deepest thanks go to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Deputies for delivering this invaluable training. Deputy Fetherolf, along with three other officers, led the sessions. CRASE (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events) training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in high-stress situations. This training is crucial for enhancing safety and preparedness, empowering participants to make informed decisions during emergencies. We had a great turnout with 14 attendees, all gaining crucial insights on civilian response to active shooter events. It was an incredible opportunity for learning and preparedness. Built in 1995, the property is fully leased featuring a print shop, bakery, daycare center, and a CrossFit facility. With recent exterior LED lighting upgrades, parking lot overlay, and a TPO flat roof replacement already completed, the remaining shingle roof across the plazas front facade is planned to be replaced in 1Q2025. Built in 2003, these Energy Star rated buildings focus heavily on sustainability and energy efficiency through a partnership with Heapy. Westar Campus is 100% fully leased with lobby renovations planned for 2025. The campus grounds were meticulous maintained with mature trees everywhere and a relaxing water feature equipped with seating areas located between the buildings for tenants to use. VIBE Westerville has undergone numerous renovations and upgrades, including adding a gorgeous large conference room, seating areas, new signage, and micro-market.
