Bonterra’s solutions collectively support a unique network of over 16,000 nonprofit organizations and over 50 percent of Fortune 100 companies.

The moment Cameron Navarro, LMSW - an associate customer service project manager at Bonterra - realized he could make a positive impact on society, he was hooked. He says, “seeing that there is a collective wanting of doing good… there's a joy from it. I feel more a part of something bigger than myself when we're helping each other out.” As a person living with chronic illness, a father, a meditation teacher, and a proud member of the Chicanx and LGBTQIA+ communities, Cameron’s desire to help others is deeply rooted in his identity. We’re so lucky to have Cameron on our team. 💜🌟 Read his story ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dse2n7X3

Connecting with donors, volunteers, and participants is one of the most rewarding aspects of #nonprofit work. If used ethically, AI can support processes like email marketing or data entry – freeing up more time for organizations to focus on the empathy that only humans can provide. 🤝🌟

Workplace giving is a corporate #philanthropy initiative where individual employees, using corporate resources, take the driver’s seat when it comes to #charitablegiving (as opposed to the corporations themselves.) Data shows that this type of giving drives employee engagement and boosts the reputation of a brand. 😎 Tap into the benefits of workplace philanthropy: https://lnkd.in/e_YWHGhp

Collective giving allows people of diverse backgrounds to give charitably in an accessible way, where they couldn’t historically. In return, they benefit from feelings of belonging and abundance, and even professional development. That’s likely why collective giving has increased in popularity, doubling the amount raised in 2017, according to the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy. Stacie Hahn, who leads the Western Kansas Community Foundation, tells us “how valuable it is to have your peers supporting you rather than someone from above trying to pull you up or someone from below trying to push you.”
