Meet Human Nature (📍Far North Coast, NSW, Australia 🇦🇺) Human Nature is a Kindness in Community Fund grantee dedicated to empowering young people to navigate life’s challenges – transforming trauma and disadvantage into healing and growth. They do it by listening to young people, meeting them where they are, and walking alongside them on their mental health journey for as long as they need them. They offer free individual and group mental wellness programs that take place outside in nature or environments where young people feel safer to open up. They tailor their sessions to each individual’s needs and remove barriers such as cost, travel, and the stigma associated with accessing support. “The Kindness in Community Fund grant will allow us to continue to evolve and expand this invaluable work and ensure that it is available to all young people participating in our programs. Together, we will build a community of connected, supported and empowered youth who champion mental wellness in their communities and beyond.” Learn more about their work supported by the Kindness in Community Fund and how you can get involved: https://lnkd.in/edmX6pjg Cotton On + Cotton On Foundation 💛💜
