103 CityPoint, located in Waltham, MA, is a new ground-up speculative manufacturing, laboratory and office building complex. “This innovative design integrates all operational aspects within a single footprint, departing from the traditional separation of manufacturing from R&D and office spaces.” Luminaires from MARK Architectural Lighting are utilized throughout the building, creating a one-of-a-kind lighting installation that allows the building to showcase a vibrant display of colors. The project was in collaboration with Boston Light Source and Sladen Feinstein Integrated Lighting Inc., and photography was shot by Raj Das Photography.
