The flight to quality continues: • Class A spaces account for 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻. • Class A spaces are spending 𝟯𝟬.𝟳% 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 compared to last year.
