Leasing activity is on the rise year-to-date: • 𝟰 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻+ 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁 leased downtown  • 𝟭 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻+ 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁 leased in the suburbs Tenant activity reflects confidence in the market: • Over 𝟳𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗕𝗗 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 are maintaining or expanding their footprints. The flight to quality continues: • Class A spaces account for 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻. • Class A spaces are spending 𝟯𝟬.𝟳% 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 compared to last year.
