Our Mid-Atlantic region was thrilled to once again compete for a cause at the 35th annual Real Estate Games in support of Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF). The Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games bring the industry together for a fun-filled day of competition, community, and fundraising, this year raising over $602,000 towards type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. CBG proudly made the podium in events such as 3v3 women's basketball, the 100Y medley relay, and the men's soccer shootout. #realestategames35

Rudin team members recently participated in the annual Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games. The Real Estate Games, sponsored by the commercial real estate industry, unites New York City's top brokers, developers, law firms, and engineering firms in a series of sporting events at Chelsea Piers to raise funds for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Our fantastic team in Washington, D.C. participated in the 35th Annual Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games. The event was a massive success, raising over $602,000 for Type 1 Diabetes research.   Since its founding in 1990 by Adam Singer, the event has raised over $15 million for diabetes research.
