Clune’s West Region Mission Critical team is hard at work building a state-of-the-art, 180,000-square-foot data center for our repeat national client, Prime Data Centers in Vernon, California. This project includes 18MW of critical IT infrastructure, an equipment yard, a generator building, interior construction and a full MEP build-out. Spanning two floors of high-end office space, highlights include a striking feature staircase, an acoustical Zen lounge with a fitness studio, and a state-of-the-art trading area with custom lighting and K13 ceilings. Thoughtful details like polished concrete floors, living-moss feature walls and demountable partitions bring form and function together seamlessly.
