We are proud to announce that Alliance Architects, Inc.’s project, 35 Eagle Buildings H&J, have won a Tilt-Up Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. Congratulations to all of our dedicated team members for this remarkable achievement!
35 Eagle is situated within Trammell Crow Company’s expansive 314-acre 35 Eagle Business Park in Fort Worth, TX. As part of the largest industrial project in TCC’s nearly 70-year history in Dallas/Fort Worth, this business park will ultimately total over 4.2 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail space. Phase II of the development includes Building H, a 312,654-square-foot rear-load warehouse, and Building J, a 233,961-square-foot cross-dock warehouse.
Located just a mile from Alliance Airport and within three miles of the BNSF Railway headquarters, the project offers prime logistical advantages. It provides seamless access to I-35W, with northbound and southbound ingress and egress at Eagle Parkway, making it a strategic hub for distribution.
The project team collaborated extensively with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the City of Fort Worth to design and construct a new frontage road along I-35W, improving access to the site. This award-winning effort is a testament to the thoughtful planning and coordination required for such a large-scale industrial development.
