    Celebrating another great event with the TCU Sales Center! 🎉 On Wednesday, members of the Buxton team visited the Texas Christian University campus to role play with sales students in the Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. "It was such a fantastic event." Amy Beal, Director of People at Buxton reflected. "The students are so intelligent, professional, polished, and humble."   "We each role played an initial 'discovery' meeting with a group of students, one student at a time. They had to do the demo in front of their peers and then we gave them feedback live," said Amy. "They did an awesome job." We'd like to shoutout Buxton's Student Account Team and those who joined the event - Jason Herr Kassidy Allen Peyton Carbonara Ridhi Manchanda Hunter D. Lauren Stovesand Thank you to all the students who participated, the staff who set this up, and a special thank you to our Buxton superstars who joined the role play, both online and in-person!     Probably one of the most exciting things happening at Buxton Right now is our consumer persona development in the e-commerce consumer space. The most interesting thing is the crossover between digital and location. Working in B2B, developing brands, I was always shocked that most companies didn't develop personas or use data enrichment. On the consumer side we've all witnessed what an integral part personas have become in paid advertising. it's the core piece to your marketing no matter what market or industry you're in. This system that Elevar is helping create for b2c and implement is insanely exciting because you get to go so deep on who your customers are. This conversation highlights a critical challenge for retailers today.  In our recent webinar, "Crafting a Resilient Data Strategy Amidst Tracking Challenges and Cookie Changes," Buxton’s SVP of Analytics Adrian Harvey underscored this, saying,  "The key to navigating these changes is building a resilient data strategy that leverages first-party data while enriching it with third-party insights in a privacy-conscious way."
