Upward Bound, originally known as “Vivian’s Vision”, and created by C.T. Vivian, is a federal program dedicated to helping high school students from low-income families prepare for college. • Upward Bound offers academic tutoring, college preparation, and mentoring. The program remains active today, supporting thousands of students across the U.S. in their pursuit of academic success ✏️ • This initiative reflects C.T. Vivian's commitment to education and equal opportunities. Vivian believed in the transformative power of education 📖 and Upward Bound continues his legacy by breaking down barriers to higher education 🙌🏽
