𝘗𝘗𝘊 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘪𝘱 1️⃣: 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 🤔 We've all been there before - performance (conversions, conversion rate, cost per conversion) looks great inside the account itself but you're still not actually making money from your ads. 👉 This can often be a byproduct of Goals that aren't properly aligned with your Google Ads account. 💵 Ideally, your Goal should be tied as closely as possible to the actual business outcomes that you need to produce. 💰 At a minimum, this means moving past 'conversions' to focus on results like leads, purchases/sales, etc, with the ultimate goal of knowing the actual Net Profit driven by your campaigns. 🫠 This is muuuuuuch easier said than done for most businesses, but that doesn't mean there aren't effective workarounds to draw more insight into account performance. ↪️ For example, Qualified Leads can require a much more technical setup to track within Google Ads, but even if that isn't possible you should still either work to get that insight directly from your client/sales team or from tools like CallRail. ↪️ Similarly, if you aren't able to import the actual purchase value for each Closed Deal, generally you should be able to at least approximate how much revenue is generated for each service area. ↪️ The same goes for tracking profit in e-commerce: even if you can't import the real profit for each product, you should be able to get an idea of the average profit margin for each product group, which will still give you a much better idea of the profitability of your campaigns! 👉 Follow me Roger Cooney to keep up with more tips, scripts, & my weekend recaps of the best PPC posts on Linkedin! ✅ ✅ ✅ #PPC #SEM #Marketing #GoogleAds #DigitalMarketing

If your business depends on phone calls to get new customers or leads, integrating CallRail with Salesforce can make things much easier. With this integration, all your call data is automatically recorded in Salesforce, so you won’t have to waste time entering it manually. Manual tracking can be time-consuming, but CallRail helps by doing this for you. Beyond that, CallRail doesn’t just log calls—it also tracks and analyzes them, giving you a clear view of how your phone interactions are impacting your leads and sales performance. Key benefits of integrating CallRail with Salesforce: Less Manual Work: CallRail automatically logs call information into Salesforce. This includes details like the caller’s number, call duration, and time of the call. No more manually typing in data—everything is stored and updated for you. Better Lead Tracking: By linking your phone calls with Salesforce, you can easily see which calls lead to successful outcomes, such as new leads or closed deals. This helps you track which calls are bringing in the most value and which campaigns are driving calls. More Time for Sales: Since the data entry is automated, your sales team spends less time entering information and more time focusing on what they do best—selling. This means they can handle more leads and increase their productivity without getting bogged down by paperwork. CallRail’s Conversation Intelligence: One of the standout features is Conversation Intelligence, which automatically creates transcripts of your calls, highlights important keywords and even scores leads based on the conversations. This allows your team to focus on high-quality leads without having to review every call themselves. By integrating CallRail with Salesforce, you not only save time but also improve the accuracy of your data and gain valuable insights into your phone-based interactions. This makes it easier for your team to focus on what really matters—closing deals and driving business growth. More details, insights, and integration steps can be found in the latest article: CallRail Salesforce Integration Guide.
