Etonde Eliot N. Ndeley is a seasoned professional with 12 years of experience in program operations and gender-based violence. With a strong academic background in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Buea, Etonde has made a profound impact in empowering women and youth. As the Founder and CEO of IREBUILD AFRICA, a Non-Governmental Organization, Etonde has demonstrated unwavering dedication to capacity building, entrepreneurship, education, and combating Gender-Based Violence. Etonde's impressive track record includes training over 10,000 women and girls, providing psycho-social support to internally displaced young girls, and advocating against Gender-Based Violence in rural areas. Her initiatives, such as the "KEEP HER SAFE" program and the "SHE-LEADS CAREER CENTRE", have been instrumental in promoting gender equality, peace education, and skills training. Forbah Sandra . N is an Ocean Literacy advocate, a 2024 National Geographic Young Explorer, a current Masters student, a nature lover and youth empowerment advocate. She is the Founder of BRIDGES (Building Resilient Individuals, Developing Generational Environmental Sustainability), which stems from her first-hand experience with the lack of environmental education courses of real-world environmental crisis or capacity building experience from the school system. She seeks to bridge the knowledge gaps by taking to classroom and communities the impactful educational courses, capacities and knowledge of opportunities exploitable for young people in the environmental sector, at an early stage of their education to foster communities for resilience and inclusivity to make informed decisions for a health planet. #youthempowerment

Shey Lesley Ringnyu is the Executive Director of Lesley Foundation. Lesley is a dedicated human rights officer and SHR advocate with over six years of experience in addressing education and sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) issues in conflict -affected communities in Cameroon. As Executive Director of the Lesley Foundation, he promotes girls' education and early childhood development. Recognized by the U.S. Embassy in Cameroon for his efforts against gender-based violence (GBV), Shey has empowered over 600 young women and girls in Buea through entrepreneurship initiatives. Also, he has facilitated the establishment of birth certificates for 93 internally displaced children in Ekondo Titi.

Ekie Walters Ngalle, also known as Walcutz De Barber, is a skilled barber based in Dubai, representing LIV27. Originally from Cameroon, Ekie began his barbering journey in 2019 and has since mastered the art of cutting various hair types. As the founder and president of Battle Of The Beauticians (BOTB), Ekie empowers talented youths and entrepreneurs in the beauty industry. BOTB has grown significantly since its inception in 2021, with its 4th edition scheduled for June 2024 in Buea, Cameroon. He is equally the founder and visionary behind Panache Expo. Ekie is also a passionate philanthropist, having provided free haircuts to over 1000 individuals like orphans, prisoners, the less privileged and patients. Dr. Gwanyama Noella is a passionate medical professional with six years of experience, dynamic leader, and advocate for transformative change in healthcare and personal development. As the founder of Talk Pregnancy with Dr. Noella (TPWDN), she is dedicated to promoting maternal and neonatal health by addressing the root causes of maternal and neonatal mortality. Through her YouTube Channel with over 39,000 subscribers, she has reached more than 2 million people impacting the lives of diverse people across the globe. She is a Mandela Washington Fellow who studied leadership in Civic Engagement at the University of Delaware, United States of America. Dr. Noella is also the co-founder of the Cameroon Young Physician Network, a pioneering platform empowering young medical doctors and medical students across Cameroon.
