As #RoshHashanah begins tomorrow evening, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to everyone celebrating this important holiday. Rosh Hashanah, which marks the beginning of the Jewish New Year, is a time of reflection, renewal, and hope for the future. This holiday, observed over two days, is traditionally a time for gathering with family and friends, sharing meals, and expressing wishes for a sweet and prosperous year ahead. It is also a time to reflect on the past year, consider personal growth, and set intentions for the year to come. We recognize the significance of this occasion for our Jewish colleagues and friends and wish them a meaningful and joyous celebration. To all who celebrate, Shana Tova—may this new year bring peace, happiness, and good health.

As we observe National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (#NBCAM) in October, we are reminded of the countless lives impacted by this disease—those who have been diagnosed, their loved ones, and the many individuals who support them along the way. The month is an important time to raise awareness and reflect on the personal stories of strength, resilience, and hope that surround us. Breast cancer affects people across all walks of life, and the journey can be a challenging one. Whether through early detection, treatment, or the emotional and physical toll it can take, each step in the process requires courage. As a community, we honor the strength of those who have faced or are currently facing this fight and extend our compassion to the many who support them. During NBCAM, let us take a moment to reflect on how we can be mindful, supportive, and empathetic in our personal circles. Each of us may know someone affected by breast cancer, and our support—whether through listening, sharing knowledge, or simply being present—can make a difference. Together, we remain hopeful that continued advancements in research and awareness will one day bring an end to breast cancer. Until then, we stand in solidarity with survivors, fighters, and their loved ones. Thank you for your compassion and support.

October marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month (#NDEAM), an opportunity to celebrate the contributions of employees with disabilities while also reflecting on how inclusive employment strengthens the workforce. This year's theme, "Access to Good Jobs for All," highlights the importance of creating opportunities that empower every individual to contribute their talents and skills. It's a reminder that a truly inclusive workplace doesn't just benefit individuals—it benefits us all, unlocking new levels of innovation, resilience, and success. As we recognize the significance of this month, let’s take a moment to appreciate the diverse talents that make our organizations stronger and more dynamic. Together, we can continue to foster communities where access and opportunity go hand in hand.

Hispanic Heritage Month is upon us, running from September 15 to October 15, and it's a wonderful time to reflect on the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of Hispanic communities. We encourage everyone to take the opportunity to explore, learn, and engage in their own meaningful ways. Here are a few ways you can personally celebrate and honor Hispanic Heritage Month: -Support Hispanic-Owned Businesses: Whether it’s a local restaurant, bookstore, or artisan shop, there are countless Hispanic-owned businesses you can support. -Attend Local Events: Many cities and communities hold parades, festivals, and cultural showcases during this time. Check out local community boards, social media, or news outlets for events near you. -Expand Your Playlist or Bookshelf: Explore the vibrant world of Hispanic music, literature, and film. From classic novels to modern hits by rising Hispanic artists, there’s a wealth of culture to discover. -Learn the History: Take some time to dive deeper into the historical achievements and stories of Hispanic figures who have shaped the world. Whether through documentaries, podcasts, or articles, there’s so much to explore. -Engage in Conversations: Perhaps one of the most valuable ways to celebrate is through conversation. Take the time to learn from colleagues, friends, or family members about their personal experiences and cultural traditions. We invite you to find ways to embrace the spirit of this month and appreciate the lasting impact of Hispanic communities. This month is not only a time to celebrate but also an opportunity to broaden our perspectives and recognize the diversity that makes us stronger as a society. Let’s celebrate together—each in our own way.
