🏗 Flashback Friday: Porsche Design Tower Miami 🚘 Taking luxury living to new heights, the 60-story Porsche Design Tower is a masterpiece of engineering and design. Developed by Sieger Suarez Architects and branded by Porsche Design, this ultra-luxury skyscraper features the iconic “Dezervator” — a patented car elevator system that transports residents and their vehicles directly to their in-unit “sky garages,” with spaces for 2 to 11 cars. Capform was proud to partner with Coastal Construction, contributing our expertise to the intricate concrete work that helped bring this iconic project to life. Our team showcased precision and craftsmanship in constructing the cylindrical structure, 14-foot-deep foundation mat, radiused core walls, 80-foot-tall floor and massive 9-foot-diameter super columns, all shaped using our custom formwork. A true testament to our innovation and expertise in bringing visionary designs to life.
