Last week, Carelon Behavioral Health had the opportunity to participate in the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention Payor Summit. Together with esteemed mental health leaders, experts, and colleagues, we deliberated over actionable strategies on advancing suicide care best practices, focusing particularly on the vital aspects of care transitions and crisis services. Special thanks to Bradley Lerner, Dr. James Polo, and Jeffrey Hite for their contributions to these valuable discussions. We were proud to sponsor #NAMIWalks Massachusetts over the weekend and bring awareness to #MentalHealthMonth. Many of our local associates came out to support and further our mission to improve mental health through whole-person care. Together, we can help reduce stigma and raise the quality of life for people in need.
