The 11th annual CCO Oregon Conference was held yesterday at the Salem Convention Center. Professionals and advocates from coordinated care organizations convened to learn what's next for the model in Oregon and attend informational sessions on a variety of community health related topics. Several CareOregonians were featured panelists, including our Chief of Staff, Jeremiah Rigsby, Director of Community Health, Ifeoma Muoto, and Social Health Specialist, Jennifer McKenzie, MPH. Thank you, CCO Oregon, for hosting a day of connection, innovation, and collaboration among state leaders, elected officials, members, and other OHP partners! #Healthcare #Collaboration #HealthTransformation #CareCoordination
About us
Every day, CareOregon helps hundreds of thousands of Oregonians get the care they deserve. But good health is more than health care. That’s why we invest in programs that help people get housing, healthy food, job training and more. Our members’ lives touch countless other lives. And when they are stronger, we are all stronger. That’s the CareOregon Effect.

The first day of the summit will focus on substance use disorders and the second day will focus on the regional youth system of care. The event brings together young people, families and partners to build connections and brainstorm ways to address barriers. Learn more and register: https://ow.ly/YL6L50Tqr9q
