On this day in 1920, the 19th Amendment was signed into law in the United States. It bars states from excluding #Women from the ballot based solely on the basis of their gender. While the law did not guarantee the right to vote for all women—women of color were still unable to vote until much later—it was a historic moment in the US and an important milestone in the long path toward #GenderEquity. Today we recognize that although we've taken great steps forward, there's still a long way to go to achieve #Gender and #Racial equality. In the meantime, let's celebrate the #Progress. #NationalWomensEqualityDay 🇺🇸

How does #Racism show up at work? 🤔 Last year, we heard from 5,000 employees from #Marginalized racial and ethnic groups across 6 countries. Here's what we found: ➡️ 66% of employees from marginalized racial and ethnic groups have experienced racism at work during their career. ➡️ 52% have experienced racism in their current job. Even more powerful than these findings are the voices of those who shared their experiences with us. You can see some of those below. Companies have a crucial role to play.
