This past weekend, over 40,000 participants, including some of our CCA Global Partners family, joined the annual Tunnel to Towers 5K in NYC to honor the heroic steps of FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller and all those who sacrificed on September 11, 2001. Thanks to the amazing efforts of our dedicated team, vendors, and retailer members from Carpet One Floor & Home, Flooring America, Flooring Canada, The Floor Trader, and the International Design Guild (IDG), we raised over $138,000 for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation! 🎉 We're so proud of our community's unity and dedication to this meaningful cause. CCA Global Partners' University empowers Carpet One Floor & Home members like Lori with the tools they need for long-term success. By offering comprehensive training and curated education programs, each independent store is positioned to retain quality associates, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive sales. CCAU's latest undertakings include the Installation Excellence Program, created in response to one of the flooring industry’s most challenging issues—finding and retaining qualified installers. Over her 13-year tenure with CCA Global Partners, Veronica has successfully driven restructuring efforts to bolster support for our groups and members. Her collaborative spirit and dynamic approach underpin the success of every initiative she works on. Her advice for new hires? "Be yourself, leverage resources, and learn from every experience." One of Veronica's recent projects was hosting Dirk Beveridge from We Supply America during his visit this summer.
