About us
Coal Country Community Health Center is a local non-profit rural community health center with clinics in Beulah, Hazen, Killdeer and Center, North Dakota, where staff provides comprehensive health services to its populations across the lifespan, including required primary and preventative medical care services, diagnostic and screening services, laboratory services, care coordination, physical therapy, behavioral and mental health services, substance use services, medication assisted therapy-suboxone program, diabetic education, outreach and enrollment, health education, visiting specialists, and visiting nurse services. As a federally qualified health center (FQHC), Coal Country Community Health Center’s team of providers delivers primary care for the entire community including low income and medically underserved people. Visiting specialist services include Orthopedics, Cardiology, Audiology, Gynecology and Psychology, and Podiatry.

Her favorite food is a reverse-seared steak, and if she could have dinner with any celebrity, she’d choose Adam Sandler. When asked what she loves about her job, Kala said: "I love the team I work with and interacting with all of our patients."

CCCHC staff, along with other local healthcare organizations, attended back-to-school open house events this week in Beulah, Hazen, and Killdeer. We had a great time sharing more about our I.M.P.A.C.T. Program, School Clinics, Early Childhood Development Program, Tobacco Cessation Program, and the importance of Well-Child Checks! Employee Spotlight⭐ Sarah, RN is a Float Nurse at our Killdeer Clinic and has been working for CCCHC for 2.5 years! In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and dog. She also loves golfing, reading, and being outdoors. A memorable travel experience for her was visiting Maui, Hawaii. Her favorite food is steak, and her favorite restaurant is The Brickhouse Grille in Dickinson. When asked what she loves about her job, Sarah said: "My co-workers!"
