MCHC was created in 1991 to ensure that children and families have the resources they need to start healthy, stay healthy, and succeed in school. We provide home-based family support and educational programs for families from pregnancy through kindergarten, as well as health insurance and SNAP benefits enrollment support for individuals and families, and child advocacy services for families involved in the child welfare system.
