CCSI staff turned out in full force for Tuesday’s Mental Health in Communities of Color Symposium, held at the beautiful Golisano Community Engagement Center at Roberts Wesleyan University, where our own Lenora Reid-Rose was honored for her career-long efforts to advance cultural competence and minority mental health equity.
Lenora received commendations from Rochester Mayor MALIK EVANS, Monroe County Executive Adam Bello, NYS Assemblymember Harry Bronson, NYS Senator Samra Brouk, Congressman Joseph Morelle, and the BIPOC Parent Mental Health Project, as well as a Lifetime Achievement Journey Award from the NYS Office of Mental Health.
