Yesterday, we held another successful session of our Relationship Management Workshop at Wakefield Co-operative Bank, facilitated by Jen Poniatowski and observed by Chloe Tozier. Participants were highly engaged and active during this session learning how to formulate high-gain questions and understand different communication styles in order to more productively prioritize their clients needs and strengthen relationships. We look forward to continue watching our client’s results improve!
