#CRAForensicServices team was engaged by a technology company to prepare for a voluntary disclosure of potential non-compliance with SBA set-aside terms to the US DOJ and SBA OIG. Led by Jeffrey Garfield, and with crucial support from Peter Krusing, CRA consultants conducted a comprehensive global compliance assessment.
