🚀 📞 10 LESSONS I LEARNED FROM INTERVIEWING 100 CUSTOMERS 🚀 🎧 When I was moved into my previous role as SVP of Customer Success, I had been at Chatmeter for a little over 4 years at that point. During that time, we’ve added more than 150 employees and our customers have grown 10X. We’ve consistently improved our Net & Gross Retention Rates each year and our NPS score has remained above 60. 🚀 Although the core metrics were beating our goals I felt more disconnected from our customers than ever before.
