About us

CHC Addiction Services is a private, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation. We are an addiction services agency providing comprehensive prevention, treatment and recovery services for addictive and compulsive behaviors and disorders. Our mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. For us, that’s more than just something to say. We’ve made it our lives’ work to help those on the road to recovery, regardless of social or economic factors. We believe that chemical dependency is a progressive, fatal illness that may require several treatment strategies for successful recovery. CHC provides individual, family and group counseling, primary health care, medical detoxification, residential treatment and educational seminars. Total well-being is a key factor to successful recovery. Therefore, we provide quality medical treatment, vocational assistance, housing, case management and child care services. At CHC Addiction Services, we’re with you every step of the way.

    CHC welcomes Dr. Dorian Gray, who recently transitioned to a full-time position at the clinic after working as a part-time member since 2020. He will see to the psychiatry needs of all our patients. Dr. Gray holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kent State University and a medical degree from Ohio University. He completed his psychiatry residency and fellowship in the Summa Health System, where he received several “best of” awards.  He also served as a chief resident in psychiatry and was a house staff council representative for both the psychiatry and addiction medicine departments. In addition to his leadership roles, he maintains his clinical faculty appointment at the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Dr. Gray is board certified in General Adult Psychiatry, Addiction medicine and is eligible for certification in Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Gray’s extensive training and accolades underscore his commitment to the field of medicine and the well-being of his diverse patient population. His broad range of expertise makes him a valuable asset to both CHC and the medical community in Northeast Ohio. He is thrilled about this new opportunity and looks forward to advancing the mental health and addiction services provided to those most vulnerable in Summit County. We look forward to his success!
