As a Nurse, Kelly provides individualized care to improve client's overall health status while in treatment. When asked her favorite part of working at IBH Addiction Recovery, she said “It’s both humbling and rewarding to see the clients on the day of admission and then again shortly before they leave. There’s a light in their eyes and a gentle love for themselves that shines so brightly. I also cannot believe how lucky I am to work with such a phenomenal group of people. I have a sense of belonging I’ve never experienced before, and the women in Health Services are the most encouraging, supportive people I’ve ever met. I genuinely love my job."
