She noticed a flier for the Hard Hat in Hand program in a local apartment building, and she decided to see what it was all about. After interviewing, she was selected for the program and committed herself to the 8-week training. Today, Polly is an aspiring sheet metal worker who dreams of one day becoming a project manager. #WkDevMonth
