Meet Emma Gardner, CSI's Marketing Specialist!✨ Emma has always been drawn to mission-driven work, where she can witness the positive impact of her work within her community. Today, two of our team members attended the CODE Conference, where one session specifically highlighted the disparities in education that many children face in Omaha. Barriers like hunger, lack of transportation, and unstable home environments make it difficult for children to thrive within the walls of a classroom. These insights serve as a powerful reminder of why we do the work we do at CSI. Every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. By recognizing and addressing these barriers, we can help children overcome challenges that they shouldn’t have to face alone, unlocking their full potential. This experience reinforces the importance of DEI work—not just in the workplace, but in creating a more equitable future for all children. Alongside other local leaders, she participated in a vital discussion addressing the mental health challenges our youth face today.
