#ASXNews PIPELINE OF 52 NEW HEAVY MINERAL SANDS TARGETS IDENTIFIED AT LAKE CHILWA Chilwa Minerals is pleased to announce that it has received the geophysical interpretation of the aeromagnetic and radiometric surveys completed at the Chilwa Project in southeast Malawi. 🔹Multiple geophysical anomalies of various sizes identified within licence boundaries significantly enhance potential of Lake Chilwa Project 🔹Interpretation highlights that mineralisation can be traced using geophysical methods with a reasonable correlation between the recent survey anomalies and previous drilling 🔹Geophysical anomalies have increased HMS target area from approximately 20 km2 to approximately 40 km2. 🔹Drilling continues at Mposa with extensional drilling now being reviewed with this additional information. Chilwa’s Managing Director, Cadell Buss , commented: “These high resolution aeromagnetic and radiometric results have far exceeded anything we could have hoped for.” “The sonic drilling at Mposa has highlighted that the previous aircore drilling may not have accurately reflected the economic potential of the HMS deposits and given the grades we are currently achieving, this is further highlighted as we have increased the target area by 100% or 21 km2”. “This is particularly relevant for the new Nkotamo targets. It is the smallest deposit by size of the current resource, only 0.2 million tonnes, however its grade is 4.2%. To now discover that there are five new targets, one of which is 6.5km in length is incredibly exciting”. “The results demonstrate that there are significant target areas that have never been assessed and these new, large anomalies could have a material impact on the project.” View the Announcement: https://loom.ly/9u4nX4I #aeromagnetic #mining #asxnews #mineralsands #radiometric

via Grafa Chilwa Minerals reported findings from further assay work at the Mposa deposit, part of the Chilwa Project in southeast Malawi. The analysis revealed the presence of #REE and #niobium in various high-grade heavy mineral samples. The assay was conducted on five selected samples from sonic core holes MPOSD 738 and MPOSD 729. The results reported include 1758 ppm of total rare earth oxides in a 0.70m section of MPOSD738, and 9268 ppm of TREO in a 1.20m section of the same hole. Read more: https://loom.ly/KeEGLKc #CHW #ASX

#ASXNews FURTHER ANALYSIS CONFIRMS RARE EARTHS and NIOBIUM AT MPOSA DEPOSIT Chilwa Minerals is pleased to announce that it has received further #REE and #Niobium results from the ongoing sonic drill program at the Mposa deposit, part of the Chilwa Project, in southeast Malawi. • Following on from the initial, pathfinder, analysis of Rare Earth Elements (REE) and Niobium, in Heavy Mineral (HM) Concentrates from Mposa, further assay work testing was undertaken to test the full suite of Rare Earths (Total Rare Earths:TREO= REE+Yttrium). • Five high grade HM samples were selected by Chilwa from sonic core holes MPOSD 738 and MPOSD 729. • All samples were assayed at ALS Perth using Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS). • The results of the analysis are as follows: MPOSD738, 2.00-2.70m – 1,758 ppm of TREO for 0.70m MPOSD738, 5.80-7.00m – 9,268 ppm of TREO for 1.20m MPOSD738,14.00-15.00m– 4,541 ppm of TREO for 1.00m MPOSD729,0.60-1.40m – 3,110 ppm of TREO for 0.80m MPOSD729, 4.00-4.60m – 2,851 ppm of TREO for 0.60m • All drillholes were terminated at the base of the sand layer, on the basal clay (“footwall”) unit. #CHW Managing Director, Cadell Buss, commented: “Whilst our focus still remains on the mineral sands potential at Lake Chilwa, these results demonstrate that more work is required to determine if a Rare Earth mineral resource can be determined for Mposa. It further validates our opinion that these are results that cannot be ignored. Additionally, given that these results confirm the original, pathfinder test results, we need to determine if we can find the primary source (s) of the REE mineralisation on the Chilwa property. “With the impending arrival of the diamond rig and the interpretation of the aeromagnetic and radiometric survey, we can determine the best path forward to commence exploring for this”. Significant high-grade results from Chilwa Minerals second batch of assay results of the ongoing drill program at the Mposa deposit included the following: • 6m @ 21.9% THM from surface, incl 4m @ 30.7% THM from surface • 5m @ 30.8% THM from surface, incl 3.9m @ 38.6% THM from surface • 4.45m @ 23% THM from surface, incl 2.35m @ 39.7% THM from surface As with previous results, these #drilling results show relatively consistent grade continuity throughout the individual intersections, with higher grades generally being found at the top of the sand horizon, at or close to surface. Some holes contain a second zone of >3% THM towards the bottom of the hole. See more: https://loom.ly/tiNuIlc #CHW #ChilwaMinerals #Mineralsands #ASX

At the Mposa deposit, part of the Chilwa Project in southeast Malawi, Chilwa Minerals received the assay results, including 6m @ 21.9% THM, of batch 2b from the ongoing sonic drill program. The #mineralsands horizons intersected in the current drill program are returning thicker zones at higher grades, which #CHW believes is partially due to the improved #drilling technique. Further results are expected shortly from a third batch of samples, which are currently at the ALS laboratory in Perth. Learn more: https://loom.ly/tiNuIlc #ChilwaMinerals #ASX

New assay results have been received from a further 46 sonic drillholes for 445.30m, part of the 17,000m program currently underway at Chilwa Minerals Mposa deposit, part of the Chilwa Project in southeast Malawi. The Batch 2 mineralisation is relatively linear in shape, trending NE through the deposit area with a relatively uniform width throughout.
