A recent graduate of Michigan State University, Ethan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has worked with regional testing and asphalt paving companies as an engineering and quality control technician. He will be joining our Livonia, Michigan office, collaborating with David Deller, Chris Bailey, M.Sc., Brendan Raftery and our estimating team to drive growth in our concrete, earthwork and site utility divisions. Introducing Justin Addington, the newest member of CBIG's team in the role of estimator. With four years of professional experience, Justin comes to us from a regional construction company where he also worked as an estimator. He holds a BS in Construction Science with a minor in Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Based primarily in our Knoxville office, Justin will work closely with Andy Bellmore, David Mays, and the entire CBIG team to help expand Christman Southeast Constructors' market presence. Welcome to the Christman family, Justin!

Meet Matthew Miller, the newest member of CBIG's team, stepping into the role of estimator. Bringing over seven years of expertise, Matthew transitions from his prior role at a local residential and commercial restoration company, where he excelled as an estimator/project manager. Stationed primarily at Christman's Lansing headquarters, Matthew will work closely with Joseph Leone and Thomas Hoban to drive the growth of our general trades services across all self-perform entities nationwide.
