Heather Morton has been named ClearSky Health's National Director of Nursing Operations. In this role, Heather will oversee nursing practices, staffing, and quality care standards across the organization’s medical rehabilitation hospitals, ensuring consistent and effective patient care delivery. Heather has more than 13 years of clinical, operational, and nursing experience in acute, rehabilitative, and long-term care settings. Prior to her role at ClearSky Health, she served as the Director of Nursing Operations for a Level II trauma center, providing multi-departmental oversight of productivity, quality, and safety metrics for about 400 nursing staff. Debbie Hoffman recently was named CEO of ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Elwood-St. Joseph. Debbie is a registered nurse who has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, recently serving as the Director of Nursing Operations at the hospital.
