On March 19th, Colt awarded Sherman McCann with the 1Q 2024 Employee of the Quarter award. For over 40 years serving these assets, Sherman has always been eager to help drive the company forward in whatever capacity he can. He consistently performs each task safely and efficiently. Sherman continues to exemplify a hard working and loyal dedication to his teammates at Colt Midstream. We appreciate all you do, Sherman!

We want to congratulate James Rushing for being our 2023 4Q Employee of the Quarter! James has 31 years of service, working at several locations throughout his time. He has always been someone who thinks outside of the box. His innovative approach to a simple problem this year exemplified Colt’s core value of innovation. He designed a tool attached to our power threader to allow 1 man to accomplish a large valve actuation in record time when it was previously a labor for 2-3 men over the course of nearly an hour. Thank you for all your contributions to Colt!

This year for Christmas, we are excited to announce that we made a donation to four charities that serve our communities. Colt is consistently supported by the communities in which we operate, and we are thankful for the ability to give back, especially in this joyous season. The four charities are: - Ronald McDonald House (Houston, TX) - Grace House (Weatherford, TX) - Cisco S.A.F.E (Cisco, TX) - Cook Children's Health Foundation (Forth Worth, TX) We wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Colt Midstream is excited to announce that our 2023 3Q Employee of the Quarter is Dylan Gilley! Dylan is young and eager to show his ability to learn his duties and work with some of the more seasoned employees to learn the system and gain the knowledge to be a great team member for Colt for a long time to come.
