    Clear Vision is Rare Last week I was privileged to work with a construction company on their new company vision. We reviewed the one we built 4 years ago and reflected on how it had guided them to growth and success. We considered how they could be better next time. They created their vision 2030 and mapped out their strategy to deliver it. I love this work. I'm so pleased this company took time to create their vision and strategy. I only wonder what could be achieved and how whole organizations could be inspired if more did this. A vision is not 'double sales' - that's a goal. Strategy is not a word you use to sound clever.   • Finally you can measure your EQ! EQ>IQ Research has shown that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a better predictor of success than IQ or technical skills*.   • What a good couple of team sessions we've had recently! A Global Board getting clarity on how they each operate, and how they can operate effectively together: communication, decision making, problem solving, leading, and more. Yesterday it was a Digital LT following up on their Performance Team Building actions and measuring progress, incorporating new team members, and aligning on new actions for the next stage of their journey together.
