Clear Vision is Rare Last week I was privileged to work with a construction company on their new company vision. We reviewed the one we built 4 years ago and reflected on how it had guided them to growth and success. We considered how they could be better next time. They created their vision 2030 and mapped out their strategy to deliver it. I love this work. I'm so pleased this company took time to create their vision and strategy. I only wonder what could be achieved and how whole organizations could be inspired if more did this. A vision is not 'double sales' - that's a goal. Strategy is not a word you use to sound clever.
