This year marks our 25th anniversary—a milestone we were thrilled to celebrate with our partners and others dedicated to achieving health equity in Connecticut. Our conference, 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆, was an opportunity to reflect on the progress we've made and to reaffirm our commitment to ensuring everyone in our state has the opportunity to live their healthiest lives, regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status.
