During the recent scheduled refueling outage at Ginna Clean Energy Center, Constellation along with Allied Power welcomed pre-apprentices from UNiCON Rochester onsite for a two-week job shadowing experience. A product of our landmark building trades pledge, the program offered the group the opportunity to connect with site leadership and gain firsthand insights into the specialized trades within the nuclear power sector by observing and interacting with insulators, laborers, welders, crane operators, mechanics and millwrights.
