  • At CoorsTek Benton, we’re proud to partner with Saline County Career Technical Campus (SCCTC) to co-create a curriculum focused on developing skills in advanced manufacturing. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to providing accessible, alternative career pathways and addressing workforce challenges in our community. Through this partnership—and with the support of a $2 million HIRED grant awarded to SCCTC and Arkansas State University Three Rivers (ASUTR)—we’re helping launch SalineSync, an innovative workforce training consortium. Together, we’ll focus on: ✅ Career exploration and advanced skills training. ✅ Industry-driven training programs tailored for high-demand fields. ✅ Establishing the Aerospace and Defense Regional Focus Center in Benton, Arkansas. The CoorsTek Academy in Benton is also an integral part of this effort, helping bridge the gap between education and industry. The Academy provides immersive training and career pathing for team members while leveraging partnerships with technical schools like SCCTC for cutting-edge curriculum. Participants gain advanced technical skills and exposure to diverse career opportunities, reinforcing our mission to build a best-in-class manufacturing workforce. By working hand-in-hand, we’re investing in our future workforce and empowering individuals with the tools needed for high-wage careers in industries like aerospace and defense.   • In 2023, an exciting idea took shape - a football (futsal) yard for the Gumi City CoorsTek Employee Football Club. This vision came to life in 2024 thanks to our South Korean teammates who are experts in technical ceramics for semiconductor processing, electronics, and high-performance industrial applications, The team worked alongside the contractor for our third factory building in Gumi who generously provided the yard update free of charge. The January 3rd U.S. Court of Appeals decision affirms our right to market and sell our Permallon® Tru orthopaedic ceramics for total hip arthroplasty in the U.S. CEO Jonathan Coors said, “Alternative sourcing of these components is necessary to prevent supply shortages for this critical care market. The U.S. Court of Appeals decision marks another victory for CoorsTek in this case, but it is ultimately patients across the globe who will benefit.” Permallon® Tru alumina matrix composite is a state-of-the-art material developed specifically for use in orthopaedic applications.
