Case Study: Cornerstone advised a significant oil and gas client to implement Top Entry, In-Line Serviceable Valves with Integral Hub Ends. The resulting skids leveraged these valve features to streamline maintenance. By allocating space for the disassembly and reassembly of internal components, an entire service level on the major skids was obviated. The installation of over 140 high-pressure valves resulted in a weight reduction exceeding 100 tons. With four decades in the valve industry, Scott is a proud father of two, including a stepdaughter, and a grandfather to one, with another grandchild on the way. The Cornerstone ANSI 1500 full bore valves charge the water systems cycle from full closed to fully open in 17 milliseconds, then reseal to bubble tight.
