“When I finish a class, I feel revived mentally and physically. Yes, I feel newer every day and not older,” shared Rita, a resident who regularly attends fitness programs at Coterie Hudson Yards.
Robyn, the community’s Fitness Coordinator, creates an inclusive environment, working with residents of all fitness levels. “It amazes me how she can motivate each person to work their hardest,” shared Martina, another resident who attends the classes. With warm welcomes, personalized adjustments, and an encouraging attitude, Robyn ensures everyone benefits. “I give the program a 10,” Martina said.
Beyond fitness, Robyn’s classes have also fostered a sense of community. The “breakfast club” now gathers for a meal before their morning class, “forming friendships out of fitness” as they fuel their bodies and work their muscles together. It’s more than a workout—it’s about connection and well-being.
