During the week, Tracy Kee excels as a Purchasing Coordinator at Covia’s Camden plant, where he has been a dedicated team member since 1992. Inspired by his girlfriend, Tracy has recently started volunteering at PAWS, the Proactive Animal Welfare Society of Benton County. Most Sundays, you’ll find Tracy and his girlfriend at the shelter, where, over the past six months, he has devoted more than 40 hours to walking, grooming, and caring for 15-20 dogs. Thank you, Tracy, for making a positive impact!

We are excited to share an inspiring story from Ruben Peña, our dedicated Environmental Coordinator. In 2014, during our site’s reclamation project, Ruben planted a small tree, less than 60 inches tall. Today, that very tree stands tall and proud, reaching over 30 feet high!
