Office Utilization is on the Rise! New data from Avison Young’s Office Busyness Index shows that U.S. office utilization has climbed to 63.7% as of July 2024, the highest since remote work became widespread during the pandemic. Companies have been working hard to bring employees back, offering hospitality-like amenities and other perks. Interestingly, fully in-office employees also see higher pay—an average of $82,000 compared to $75,000 for remote workers, according to ZipRecruiter.
