Enter, Sarah Jordan–the embodiment of passion and perseverance in her role as Vice President of Sales at Cross Resource Group (CRG). Since joining the CRG family in 2020 as a Recruiter, her dedication and drive paved the way for her transition into a sales leadership role in 2023, where she now leads with both heart and strategy. Sarah's studied at Texas A&M University, finishing her undergraduate in 2016. Then, spent five impactful years teaching English Language Arts before making the significant leap into the corporate world, bringing with her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of communication. But Sarah’s story doesn't end at the office. At home in College Station, she and her husband Trey are the proud parents of twin boys, Charlie and Jack. The Jordans are a baseball-loving family, often found cheering on the Astros and creating cherished memories together. When she's not in the stands or managing her sales team, Sarah is likely running, with a passion for participating in half marathons. Sarah’s life is guided by her deep faith, and she strives to make the name of Jesus known through her actions and interactions, perfectly aligning with CRG’s values. Her commitment to both her family and her work shines brightly, making Sarah an integral part of our CRG community. We are thankful for her leadership and the positive energy she brings to everything she does.

Recently, Jimmy has been reading "The Dream Manager" by Matthew Kelly. According to her sons, Bobbi is the world's greatest mom. To her husband, she is the world's greatest wife. To us, she is the glue that holds everything together, even the shingles on the roof. Without a doubt, Bobbi is our operational extraordinaire. Her dedication and versatility shine through in her role here at CRG where she oversees the in-house accounting activities. She ensures that the financial operations of the company run smoothly and manages our technology and travel arrangements, faithfully keeping our engines running behind the scenes. Bobbi and her husband have been married for 28 years, raising their three boys together and even marrying one off a few years ago! When Bobbi is not managing her responsibilities as President of the McKinney HS Football Booster club, accepting the award for Special Delivery Parent of the Year, or meticulously managing operations at Cross, she's likely on a sunny vacation with her family near a body of water or back in her home state of North Carolina. Bobbi finds immense satisfaction in the collaborative efforts and outstanding team chemistry at CRG. She cherishes the supportive and enjoyable work environment fostered by her colleagues, which amplifies her passion for her job.
